Jane Theaker
Rebecca is a really inspirational coach. She helped me to see the various dynamics on my board and within the company through a different lens. She enabled me to approach my CEO leadership in an authentic way and to communicate, ask the right questions and make the right moves at the right times. She also has a great grasp of female leadership and the gender differences. I would heartily recommend her as a superb CEO coach. Testimonials

In a nutshell: Rebecca is a brilliant coach with a mix of great questioning and real life experience, came away from the sessions with a renewed sense of self, and a desire to further explore different issues. By the end I had a completely different outcome to what I expected but because I was wiser from the process. Don’t procrastinate any further and get yourself an intro! Testimonials

Rebecca brought an informed, objective perspective to my situation and coached me through a challenging transition in my career. Her approach was at once grounded in research and evidence, as well as highly tailored to me as an individual. She asked the right questions, listened and reacted sensitively to my answers, and guided our sessions in a way that led to clarity I had not been able to achieve alone. I would highly recommend her as an executive coach. Testimonials
Dr Donna Johnston
As an EY accredited coach, Rebecca was a highly valued member of the EY coaching team who consistently received strong feedback from her coachees. Rebecca coached EY professionals in EMEIA and globally across a range of key transitions including new partner, partners on the Harvard Business School Leadership programme, maternity and parental leave, as well as coaching high potential teams (incl the EY Next Gen programme challenge) and women in leadership. In my experience heading up EY’s EMEIA TAS coaching centre of excellence and as an experienced coach (with PhD in Coaching), I believe Rebecca to be amongst the most talented of executive coaches with whom I have had the pleasure to work with. We have a founder health clause in our term sheet at Ananda where we emphasise the importance of the use of coaches for their wellbeing and performance. We brought Rebecca/Wise Sherpa in to explore the issues of what founders especially female founders need to thrive and the position/role coaching takes in the process. Very timely and just what we needed to provide an optimal service for our founders. Testimonials

I got to know Rebecca in her previous work at EY (Ernst & Young) where she invited me to speak at a meeting focused on G20-W20. Rebecca was instrumental in the creation of my organisation iamtheCODE and genuinely helped us with our strategy and mentoring processes. She gave us her time and really supported us. I was so impressed with her professionalism and vision to bring digital transformation into the lives of women and girls. Her drive to accelerate the power of women in business, government and entrepreneurship attracted me to work with her on many occasions. I highly recommend Rebecca as a mentor. Testimonials

Thank you again for everything you have contributed to my growth. I am looking forward to carrying these insights forward as I continue to evolve as a leader.

Mentoring
Joanna Santinon
I worked with Rebecca at EY in her capacity as the global co-lead on EY’s Women Fast.forward. In particular, we collaborated on EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women and it’s launch across EMEIA as well as the 30% Club cross company mentoring scheme aimed at mid career women.
For the latter, she led the pilot of the cross company mentoring scheme in 2013 which EY created and then provided to The 30% Club to run. Rebecca turned the vision into reality – she worked across organisations using her great strategic project management and interpersonal skills to deliver on time and within budget.
She really drove the programme forward in terms of use of technology and gaining successful engagement and buy-in of organisations. Rebecca was also laser focused on the dual task of running the pilot but really looking at how it could be scaled up and move to a BAU model.
The programme today has seen over 2000 female mentees benefit from a cross company mentor from some of the biggest brands in the FTSE100 and it runs in largely the same way as the model established by Rebecca five years ago.
She is a pleasure to work with and should be really proud of the lasting legacy she created. Testimonials
Brenda Trenowden CBE, CFA, CCMI
When the 30% Club decided to kick off its highly successful cross company mentoring scheme five years ago, Rebecca was appointed as the programme lead to work with a small group of our corporate members to design and implement the pilot of the scheme.
She demonstrated her strategic yet practical approach by developing with our members a programme that was able to scale and sustain over time through the use of technology but also by building trust based relationships through her well honed influencing and leadership skills. The programme was founded on a reciprocal model with all time given by company leads, mentors and mentees on a pro-bono basis.
What makes it a unique programme in the corporate space is the breadth and volume of women in the corporate pipeline who have now received high quality mentoring with 2346 mentees and mentors and 107 organisations having taken part. Rebecca was instrumental in getting the programme off the ground and ensuring it was built for success. Testimonials

Rebecca facilitated a strategy day session of the Zoological Society of London. We gave her very little time to prepare, but she was brilliant at keeping us on topic, reading the room, bringing people out of themselves and keeping us to time. In our follow-up conversation Rebecca was insightful and wise. We achieved a huge amount thanks to Rebecca’s support, and I recommend her very strongly indeed! Testimonials

I invited Rebecca to design and chair a panel about female entrepreneurship on Enterprise Tuesday, a programme offered by Cambridge Judge Business School’s Entrepreneurship Centre. Rebecca’s expertise, network, insight, and professionalism guaranteed an expert lineup of speakers. She facilitated the discussion with wonderful clarity, gravity and structure. The panel discussion kept the audience engaged and the feedback was phenomenal. Every attendee left inspired or having learned something new. It’s a great pleasure to work with Rebecca whose guidance and insight I have also sought on multiple occasions. I highly recommend her services. Testimonials

Rebecca worked with us to design, develop and moderate our Penna London Tech week event on Talent and AI. Through Rebecca’s network, we were able to attract an excellent keynote speaker and build a first class panel developing some powerful outcomes through the event. We were delighted with the results! As a result, we would strongly recommend Rebecca as both a facilitator and consultant if you’re thinking of organising a client facing or internal event. She not only has great gravitas but is able to engage the audience in a highly interactive way with impact. Testimonials

I have worked with many, many leaders throughout my 50+ year professional career, and I can say without any reservations whatsoever that Rebecca stands in the upper echelons of those who have inspired me. Her knowledge, expertise, energy and generosity – not to mention her joie de vivre – as she connects like minds and resources is the antithesis of traditional corporate gridlock. Her innovative and entrepreneuring mind, especially in regard to the economic empowerment of women, is second only to her ability to put those innovative thoughts into action, opening doors and creating opportunities for women worldwide. It is both a pleasure and a privilege to work with such a consummate and compassionate professional. Testimonials

I started working with Rebecca three years ago as EY and Chatham House embarked on a collaborative journey with W(women)20 to tackle gender inclusiveness in G20 countries. I was immediately impressed by her profound knowledge of the issues to be addressed as well as the strategic thinking, energy, commitment and passion she brought to the project. She is wonderful to work with; a great, reliable, supportive and responsive partner who is an incredible asset for the project. I sincerely hope to be able to continue working closely with Rebecca on the Gender and Growth Initiative for years to come! Testimonials

I was able to benefit first-hand from Rebecca’s very impressive professional skills and extensive network in the world of diversity when we set out to organise an event for some of our senior female clients in April 2016 in my former role. She helped us to 1) decide on the appropriate format, 2) identify potentially interesting and relevant subjects for an audience of women in the financial industry and 3) short-list relevant guest speakers. She even committed to stepping in as backup when logistics threatened the on-time arrival of our designated speaker! Our networking evening was a great success, and Rebecca’s contribution was immeasurable. She has a wealth of ideas and a depth of connections which I would gladly make more use of in the future.
